Corporation Bank users can carry their passbooks on their smartphones now. Corporation Bank has also made its passbook feature available on an app. The application, namely Corp E-passbook, can be downloaded from the App Store on IOS platforms and the Play store on android platforms.

To retrieve your customer ID, follow these steps:

• Download the ‘Corp E-passbook‘ app.
• Open the app and tap on the ‘send SMS’ button. Make sure that the SMS is sent from the number which is registered with the bank.
• You will receive an OTP from the bank. The OTP will be fed automatically to the app in Android phones. IOS users will need to feed the number to the app on their phones manually.
• One the OTP is punched in, the app shall prompt for the creation of a 6 digit M-pin that will act as a password.
• Log in with the M-pin and the customer ID will be displayed on the screen for your use.
